Conditions for the inscription

Reservations would be made by the date of inscription.
The organisation will pay the expenses of the hotel, the meal and the theatre tickets for the performances.
The expenses for the trip will not be paid by the organisation.
The accommodation consist on a double room that would be shared with an other person coming to the Meeting. If you would like to have a single room you will have to pay the difference between the prices.
